Would you believe that I cooked this dish amidst total chaos. Well, chaos to me anyway. I don’t have the luxury of working from home, but on this day I had a headache so I called in that I would work from home. Big mistake. there was so much chaos going on at work that I was on conference calls all day.
When I finally thought I could call it a day, I started to prepare this dish, when the manager called me and asked me to get back on the computer because he wanted to discuss a file with me.
I literally had just tossed the noodles into the pot of boiling water when I had to stop cooking and concentrate on work.
I ended up having to reheat our dinner because I still had to take photos for the blog and by the time I had done all that and finished up a discussion with the manager, everything was cold. Stone cold.
But hey, the good news is you can eat this dish cold too if you want to.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
