Ingredientes

  • 2 pound beef chuck, cut in 2" chunks
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 4 med. potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • 6 med. carrots, cut in 2" chunks
  • 3 ribs celery, cut in 1" chunks
  • 3-4 med. onions, quartered
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1-2 green peppers, cut in chunks (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Layer half meat 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle with about 1/8 c. flour. Add in half of potatoes, carrots, celery and onions; sprinkle with 1/4 flour. Repeat. Mix water, soy sauce, salt and pepper; pour over all. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hrs. 6-8 servings.
