Receta Beef Oven Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 pound beef chuck, cut in 2" chunks
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 6 med. carrots, cut in 2" chunks
- 3 ribs celery, cut in 1" chunks
- 3-4 med. onions, quartered
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1-2 green peppers, cut in chunks (optional)
Direcciones
- Layer half meat 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle with about 1/8 c. flour. Add in half of potatoes, carrots, celery and onions; sprinkle with 1/4 flour. Repeat. Mix water, soy sauce, salt and pepper; pour over all. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hrs. 6-8 servings.
