Ingredientes

  • 2 crust pie shell
  • 6 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 pound steak, cubed
  • 2 onions (med.)
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 c. boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Line 9 inch pie dish with pie crust. Add in cubed steak, salt, and pepper; dot with butter. Add in thinly sliced onion and sliced potatoes. Dot with butter, salt, and pepper. Add in the 1 c. boiling water and put the remaining pie crust on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 min. Reduce to 375 degrees. Bake two hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
