Ingredientes

  • 4 lb chuck roast - (to 5 lbs)
  • 1 x clove garlic clove Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 x carrot minced
  • 1 x celery stalk minced
  • 1 sm onion sliced
  • 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream mixed with
  • 3 Tbsp. flour and
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Rub roast with garlic and season with salt and pepper. Place in the crock-pot and add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hrs.
  2. Serve over noodles.
  3. Comments: The sauce can be doubled.
