Ingredientes

  • 4 c. potato rounds (1/2 of 30 ounce. frzn bag)
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli, thawed
  • 1 (2.08 ounce.) can Durkee's French fried onions
  • 1 med. tomato, minced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Place potatoes in bottom and up sides of casserole dish and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 10 min. Brown beef, broccoli, 1/2 c. onion, tomato. Set aside.
  2. Combine soup, lowfat milk, 1/2 c. cheese and seasonings. Pour over beef mix. Put mix into potato-lined casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook an additional 2 to 3 min longer.
