Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 pound beef sirloin, cut in 1/2 inch strips
  • Butter
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. brown gravy
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 (4 ounce.) jar pimiento
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash warm pepper sauce
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Noodles or possibly rice

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the beef strips, green pepper and mushrooms in a small amount of butter. Add in the gravy, wine, pimiento, salt, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer till tender. Thicken with cornstarch or possibly flour. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
