Ingredientes

  • 1 x (1 lb) beef rib steak, 1 1/2 inches thick Salt and pepper
  • 1 med avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 c. minced green onions
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Prepare Avocado-Mint Salsa. Set aside while preparing steak.
  2. Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Place on preheated grill 3 inches from heat and grill 6 to 7 min per side for medium-rare (or possibly broil 3 inches from heat in oven broiler).
  3. Slice meat 1/4 inch thick and arrange on serving plate. Pass salsa on the side.
  4. Avocado-Mint SalsaIn bowl, combine avocado, onions, mint, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
