Receta Beef Stroganoff

- Trim fat from steak; partially freeze steak. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips, and set aside.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat till warm. Add in steak, mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute/fry till steak and vegetables are tender. Drain; wipe drippings from pan.
- Combine bouillon granules and warm water; set aside. Heat margarine in skillet over low heat; add in flour, stirring till smooth. Cook about 1 minute; stir constantly. Gradually add in bouillon mix; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk till thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, and steak mix. Cook till heated. Remove from heat.
- Combine cornstarch and yogurt (at room temperature); stir into meat mix (don't reheat). Serve meat mix over noodles; sprinkle proportionately with parsley.
