Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lean, boneless top sirloin steak Vegetable cooking spray
  • 3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 x cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp beef-flavored bouillon granules
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3 c. warm cooked noodles (cooked without salt or possibly fat)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Trim fat from steak; partially freeze steak. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips, and set aside.
  2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat till warm. Add in steak, mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute/fry till steak and vegetables are tender. Drain; wipe drippings from pan.
  3. Combine bouillon granules and warm water; set aside. Heat margarine in skillet over low heat; add in flour, stirring till smooth. Cook about 1 minute; stir constantly. Gradually add in bouillon mix; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk till thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, and steak mix. Cook till heated. Remove from heat.
  4. Combine cornstarch and yogurt (at room temperature); stir into meat mix (don't reheat). Serve meat mix over noodles; sprinkle proportionately with parsley.
