Receta Beef Teriyaki

- Cut beef across the grain in 1/8 inch thick slanting slices. Prepare teriyaki marinade. Then add in beef, mixing to coat meat well; let stand for 15 min to marinade, then drain.
- Place wok over high heat. When wok is warm, add in 1 tsp. of the oil. When oil is warm, add in half the meat mix; stir fry till browned (about 2 min). Remove to a bed of warm rice a hot serving platter; repeat, using 1 more Tbsp. oil and remaining meat. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
- Teriyaki marinade. Mix together 3 Tbsp. soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. each sugar and dry sherry, and 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger root.
