Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 pound sirloin roast, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • 1 can beef broth
  • Warm cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake to mix. Place beef cubes in bag and shake well. Heat oil in Dutch oven. Add in beef broth to mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
