Receta Beef Tips On Rice

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 pound sirloin roast, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 lg. onions, minced
- 1 can beef broth
- Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake to mix. Place beef cubes in bag and shake well. Heat oil in Dutch oven. Add in beef broth to mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
