Ingredientes

  • 2 pound beef stew meat
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 bay leaf
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can tomatoes
  • Warm cooked noodles

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat lightly in butter in Dutch oven. Add in onion and garlic. Brown 2 more min. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add in soup and tomatoes. Bring to broil and simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Heat gently. Serve over cooked noodles. Yield: 6 servings.
