Receta Beef Tomato Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 2 pound beef stew meat
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 (14 ounce.) can tomatoes
- Warm cooked noodles
Direcciones
- Brown meat lightly in butter in Dutch oven. Add in onion and garlic. Brown 2 more min. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add in soup and tomatoes. Bring to broil and simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Heat gently. Serve over cooked noodles. Yield: 6 servings.
