3 lbs. cubed beef 1 lg. onion, diced 1 (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream

Salt Pepper

Direcciones

1. Cook beef with onion till very tender. Drain off liquid. Add in lowfat sour cream to beef till it bubbles.
