Ingredientes

  • 1 pound top round steak
  • Italian dressing (to marinate steak in)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced red onion
  • 1 tbsp. finely minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Direcciones

  1. Marinate the meat overnight in the Italian dressing. Grill to desired tenderness. Let meat rest; wrap in foil. In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper. Add in the oil in a stream, whisking till the dressing is emulsified. Stir in the onion and parsley. Slice the steak and serve with dressing drizzled over it.
