Ingredientes

  • Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 8 ounce lean grnd turkey
  • 1 pkt sliced fresh mushrooms - (8 ounce)
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 can no-salt-added tomato paste - (6-ounce can)
  • 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
  • 5 ounce uncooked yolk-free egg noodles

Direcciones

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over high heat till warm. Add in turkey. Brown over medium-high heat 6 to 8 min or possibly till no longer pink, stirring to separate turkey; drain fat. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  2. Add in mushrooms to skillet; cook 3 min. Add in onion and peppers; cook 5 min or possibly till onion is tender. Add in bouillon granules, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and turkey; blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 20 min.
  3. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain. Add in to skillet; stir to combine. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min before serving.
