Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 2 x Garlic cloves - (2 to 3) chopped
  • 12 ounce Beer
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. MSG

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter; saute/fry garlic till translucent/soft. Add in beer slowly and fold in salt, pepper, and MSG. Pour warm marinade over bird and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Use to baste barbecuing bird(s) as well.
