Receta Beer Bird Marinade (Especially For Pheasants)

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 2 x Garlic cloves - (2 to 3) chopped
- 12 ounce Beer
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. MSG
Direcciones
- Heat butter; saute/fry garlic till translucent/soft. Add in beer slowly and fold in salt, pepper, and MSG. Pour warm marinade over bird and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Use to baste barbecuing bird(s) as well.
