Beer Mop Sauce

Ingredientes

12 ounce Beer
1/2 c. Vinegar
1/4 c. Oil, canola or possibly corn
1/2 med Onion, minced

2 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Mansion barbecue spice mix
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Apply the sauce with a small string "mop" for barbecue, or possibly with a pastry brush.
Variations: Substitute stock for the beer, or possibly inexpensive dry wine (red for the meat or possibly white for the poultry or possibly fish).
Yield: 2 to 3 c.
