Receta Beer Mop Sauce

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce Beer
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Oil, canola or possibly corn
- 1/2 med Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Mansion barbecue spice mix
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Apply the sauce with a small string "mop" for barbecue, or possibly with a pastry brush.
- Variations: Substitute stock for the beer, or possibly inexpensive dry wine (red for the meat or possibly white for the poultry or possibly fish).
- Yield: 2 to 3 c.
