Ingredientes

  • 2 can (6oz. each) Tuna, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Potatoes, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce ) Beets, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 sm Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp oil

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl mix everything together except oil.
  2. Put oil in a skillet add in mix and stir till warm.
  3. Lightly pat into a cake and cook till well browned underneath.
  4. Fold like an omelet and serve.
  5. Serves 4 to 6
