Receta Beet And Tuna Hash

Ingredientes
- 2 can (6oz. each) Tuna, liquid removed and flaked
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Potatoes, liquid removed and minced
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce ) Beets, liquid removed and minced
- 1 sm Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Dry Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp oil
Direcciones
- In a bowl mix everything together except oil.
- Put oil in a skillet add in mix and stir till warm.
- Lightly pat into a cake and cook till well browned underneath.
- Fold like an omelet and serve.
- Serves 4 to 6
