Ingredientes

  • 3 med beets cooked and grated
  • 3 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten or possibly the equivalent egg substitute
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh dill minced
  • 1/2 c. flour healthy pinch sugar salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into a warm nonstick skillet. Use a spatula to press down on the batter to create flat pancakes, and cook about 1-1/2 min on each side.
  2. Serve with nonfat yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream.
