Receta Beet Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 3 med beets cooked and grated
- 3 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten or possibly the equivalent egg substitute
- 3 Tbsp. fresh dill minced
- 1/2 c. flour healthy pinch sugar salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into a warm nonstick skillet. Use a spatula to press down on the batter to create flat pancakes, and cook about 1-1/2 min on each side.
- Serve with nonfat yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream.
