Ingredientes

  • Potatoes - peeled and julienned like for French fries
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire pwdr (or possibly sauce if not available)
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. half and half (or possibly light whipping cream) paprika

Direcciones

  1. Lay potatoes in shallow baking pan in single layer.
  2. Sprinkle tops of potatoes with everything else.
  3. Sprinkle with paprikaCover and bake for 60 min.
