Ingredientes

  • 3 x Bell peppers, red, minced coarsely
  • 1 x Bell pepper, green, minced coarsely
  • 1 sm Onion, green, minced coarsely
  • 3 x Tomatoes, plum, quartered
  • 3 Tbsp. Lime juice, fresh, or possibly to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Freshly grnd pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor, chop the peppers, onion, and tomato finely but don't let them liquefy. Transfer the mix to a bowl, stir in the lime juice and the oil, and pepper to taste, and let salsa stand for 30 min.
