Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Fresh coconut grated
  • 1 whl pod garlic, peeled and cleaned
  • 10 whl red chillies
  • 3 x Strips tamarind wetted and minced Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Stone grind all ingredients together.
  2. Or possibly use a small electric grinder.
  3. Use as little water as possible while grinding.
  4. Chill, and use as required after diluting a bit.
  5. Making time: 30 min
  6. Makes: 1/2 c. chutney
  7. Shelflife: 2 weeks
