Receta Berry Gelatin Salad

- Note: Raspberries, Blackberries, or possibly Boysenberries may be substituted.
- Drain berries; reserve syrup. Dissolve gelatin in water; add in reserved syrup and wine. Refrigeratetill mix begins to thicken. Add in liquid removed berries and banana. Pour into 3 1/2-c. mold. Chill till hard. Unmold onto lettuce-lined platter.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Serving Tip: Berry Gelatin Salad can be served with dairy lowfat sour cream, lemon-flavored yogurt, or possibly your favorite salad dressing.
