.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWoo%20Hooo%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20what%20makes%20this%20sorbet%20more%20celebratory%20than%20the%20others?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChampagne!!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYep,%20this%20luscious%20dessert%20is%20for%20adults%20only.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20thinking....Easter%20dessert%20here%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(I'll%20let%20you%20know%20who%20won%20in%20a%20minute.....just%20hold%20your%20horses)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20sauce,%20over%20medium%20heat,%20combine%20the%20juice%20and%20the%20sugar.%20Stirring%20until%20the%20sugar%20completely%20dissolves.%20Remove%20from%20heat.%20Add%20the%20lemon%20juice%20and%20set%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%20about%20an%20hour,%20to%20chill%20completely.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20sure%20your%20champagne%20is%20chilling%20as%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20chilled,%20mix%20it%20all%20together%20and%20pour%20into%20a%20metal%20dish.%20I%20used%20a%20cake%20pan.%20Worked%20great!.%20Cover%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20place%20in%20the%20freezer%20over%20night.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20from%20the%20freezer%20and%20%22shred%22%20with%20a%20fork%20to%20%22fluff%20up%22%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPat%20it%20down%20a%20little,%20cover%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20and%20freeze%20again%20for%20several%20hours%20or%20several%20days%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20that's%20it.%20I%20did%20find%20that%20this%20sorbet%20didn't%20have%20as%20firm%20of%20a%20set%20but%20that's%20because%20of%20the%20alcohol.%20As%20far%20as%20I'm%20concerned%20though....it%20was%20firm%20enough.%20You%20could%20almost%20taste%20the%20bubbles!%20I'm%20seriously%20thinking%20of%20an%20Easter%20version....maybe%20one%20with%20lemonade%20and%20white%20champagne%20or%20something.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOk...sooo,%20on%20to%20the%20winner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20want%20to%20thank%20you%20all%20for%20participating%20in%20my%20first%20ever%20giveaway.%20It%20has%20been%20a%20lot%20of%20fun!%20Hopefully%20I%20get%20to%20do%20another%20one%20in%20the%20near%20future.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20don't%20have%20any%20of%20those%20fancy%20number%20spinning%20thingies...so%20I%20wrote%20all%20the%20names%20down%20on%20little%20pieces%20of%20paper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWord%20of%20advice.....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EProbably%20not%20such%20a%20good%20idea%20to%20use%20post-its%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(duh!!!%20we'll%20blame%20it%20on%20the%20alcohol%20in%20the%20dessert)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20again....I%20wrote%20all%20the%20names%20on%20little%20pieces%20of%20non-sticky%20paper%20and%20filled%20up%20my%20handy%20dandy%20margarita%20glass%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECalled%20my%20assistant%20over%20to%20pick%20a%20name%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELook%20at%20her%20dig%20through%20those%20names!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eooooooooh.....we%20have%20a%20winner....drum%20roll%20please%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECome%20on%20down....you've%20won%20yourself%20a%20beautiful%20Le%20Creuset%2012%20x%209.5%22%20rectangular%20baking%20dish%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWoooo%20Hoooo!!%20Congrats%20Bob!!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
