%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESchloer%20is%20also%20on%20Facebook%20where%20you'll%20find%20little%20extra%20inspiration%20and%20a%20Sunday%20Cookbook.%20(I'm%20thinking%20that%20it%20would%20make%20an%20amazing%20fruit%20jelly%20for%20the%20holidays%20as%20well!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20put%20me%20in%20a%20very%20fruity%20moos,%20and%20of%20course%20.%20.%20.%20knowing%20me,%20whilst%20I%20had%20the%20frozen%20berries%20out%20I%20had%20to%20do%20something%20else%20with%20them%20as%20well%20.%20.%20.%20and%20why%20not!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20baked%20up%20some%20lovely%20fruity%20muffins.%20We%20all%20love%20blueberry%20muffins,%20but%20a%20muffin%20stogged%20with%20a%20variety%20of%20berries%20just%20can't%20be%20beat!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh%20so%20buttery,%20and%20fruity%20and%20moreishly%20scrummy%20with%20the%20tang%20of%20fresh%20berries%20in%20every%20bite%20.%20.%20.%20black%20and%20red%20currants,%20blueberries,%20raspberries,%20blackberries%20.%20.%20.%20these%20are%20soooo%20delicious!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20could%20glaze%20them%20if%20you%20wished,%20but%20I%20just%20dust%20with%20a%20bit%20of%20icing%20sugar.%20These%20scrummy%20muffins%20speak%20for%20themselves,%20they%20really%20don't%20need%20much%20in%20the%20way%20of%20dressing%20up%20.%20.%20.really!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Berry%20Fruities*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%2012%20muffins%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMoist,%20buttery%20and%20chock%20full%20of%20tangy%20summer%20fruits!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20200*C/400*F/%20gas%20mark%206.%20Line%20a%2012%20cup%20medium%20muffin%20tin%20with%20paper%20liners.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20the%20flour,%20baking%20powder%20and%20sugar%20together%20in%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Beat%20together%20the%20egg,%20yoghurt,%20milk,%20melted%20butter%20and%20vanilla.%20Add%20all%20at%20once%20to%20the%20dry%20mixture%20and%20mix%20the%20two%20together,%20combing%20only%20to%20moisten%20the%20dry%20ingredients.%20It%20is%20perfectly%20ok%20for%20the%20mixture%20to%20be%20lumpy.%20Fold%20in%20the%20berries.%20(I%20like%20to%20save%20out%20a%20few%20to%20press%20into%20the%20tops.)%20Spoon%20into%20the%20paper%20lined%20muffin%20cups.%20Scatter%20any%20saved%20berries%20over%20top,%20pressing%20down%20lightly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%20about%2020%20minutes,%20until%20risen%20and%20golden%20brown.%20Leave%20to%20cool%20in%20the%20pan%20for%20a%20few%20minutes%20before%20transferring%20to%20a%20wire%20rack%20to%20finish%20cooling.%20Dust%20with%20icing%20sugar%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECooking%20in%20The%20Cottage%20today,%20a%20Sticky%20Date%20Bread%20Pudding!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
