Ingredientes

  • 6 lowfat milk chocolate candy bars
  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 1 1/ c. crisp chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 16 Hydrox cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 box vanilla wafers - 38
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. crisp chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 pound butter, melted

  4. If you don't want to use cookie crumb crust you may substitute a regular 9 inch pie crust.Crush the chocolate cookies and mix well with the melted butter. Pat firmly into a pie dish (not too deep) to make the crust for the pie. Bake in moderate oven for 15 min. Cool.
  5. Whip the cream and blend in the chocolate bars that have been melted in a double boiler and cooled. Pour into the pie shell and place in refrigerator for 4 hrs. Serves 8.
