- 6 lowfat milk chocolate candy bars
- 1/4 pound butter, melted
- 1 1/ c. crisp chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 16 Hydrox cookies, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 box vanilla wafers - 38
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. crisp chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 pound butter, melted

- If you don't want to use cookie crumb crust you may substitute a regular 9 inch pie crust.Crush the chocolate cookies and mix well with the melted butter. Pat firmly into a pie dish (not too deep) to make the crust for the pie. Bake in moderate oven for 15 min. Cool.
- Whip the cream and blend in the chocolate bars that have been melted in a double boiler and cooled. Pour into the pie shell and place in refrigerator for 4 hrs. Serves 8.
