Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Mix the baking mix, lowfat milk and cheese till soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 min till lightly brown. Mix butter, garlic pwdr, and parsley; brush over hot biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve hot.
  2. Yield: 12 biscuits.
