  • 1/2 POUND SLICED MUSHROOMS, OR MORE, IF DESIRED
  • 1 (14 1/2 OZ) CAN CRUSHED TOMATOES(CAN US STEWED)
  • 1/2 CUP ITALIAN DRESSING OR RUSSIAN DRESSING
  • 1 PACKAGE DRY ONON SOUP MIX
  • 1 BAY LEAF

  1. PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN A BAKING DISH; TOP WITH SLICED MUSHROOMS
  2. ADD TOMATOES
  3. MIX DRESSING WITH ONION SOUP MIX AND POUR OVER
  4. TOSS IN BAY LEAF
  5. BAKE, UNCOVERED ONE HOUR AT 350 DEGREES, BASTING
