Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 Packages quick yeast
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 1/4 c. flour
  • Soft butter
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in water for 3 min. Add in cake mix, 1 c. flour, Large eggs, oil, salt. Beat with beater till bubbles appear. Slowly add in 5 1/4 c. flour, stir with spoon, making a soft dough. Knead on a board for 5 min. Let rise till double. Roll out 1/4 inches thick. Spread with butter, add in sugar and cinnamon. Roll up as a jelly roll and cut. Place on greased pan. Rise till double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min. Ice while warm.
