Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd chuck
  • 1/2 pound warm sausage
  • 2 slices soft bread
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. celery, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cube bread and soak in lowfat milk. Set aside. Combine grnd chuck, sausage, onion, celery, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Add in soaked bread to egg and add in this to meat mix. Form into loaf and place into a 4 3/4 x 8 3/4 inch loaf pan. Spread Piquant Sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
