Ingredientes

  • 1 med. onion, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine onion and Large eggs; blend at high speed. Add in livers and blend 3 min. Add in rest and blend on high till smooth.
  2. Grease 1-qt pan. Pour in pate and cover with foil. place pan in a pan of warm water. Bake 3 hrs. Serve with party breads.
