Ingredientes

  • 1 can Salmon, (15 ounce)
  • 2 c. Soft bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. Olive, sliced
  • 1/3 c. Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Dill weed
  • 1 dsh Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Drain salmon, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Flake salmon and combine with reserved liquid and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
  2. For patties: Prepare as above. Shape into eight 1-inch thick patties.
  3. Pan-fry on both sides in 2 Tbsp. of butter till golden.
