Ingredientes

  • 2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c. light or possibly dark syrup
  • 1 stick butter
  • Healthy pinch of cream of tartar (1/8 tsp.)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 quart. freshly popped popcorn
  • 1 c. salted peanuts

Direcciones

  1. Boil sugar, syrup, butter and cream of tartar together for 5 min and quickly stir in soda. Add in peanuts to popcorn. Pour syrup over corn. Mix thoroughly and spread on 2 slightly greased cookie sheets. Put in low 200 degree oven for 40 min, stirring every 10 min. Take out and cold.
