Ingredientes

  • 12 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 2 Packages frzn minced broccoli
  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Line 9x13 inch pan or possibly casserole with trimmed bread slices, reserving some slices for top. Cook broccoli slightly; drain. Spread on bread. Add in ham, 3/4 of the cheese and onion. Top with remaining slices of bread.
  2. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt; mix well. Pour over casserole, saturating top layer. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Let stand for 10 min before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
