Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce. can stewed tomatoes, liquid removed & minced
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar (or possibly honey or possibly maple syrup)
  • 1/8 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • All-purpose seasoning to taste (sug. Mortons Nature Season)
  • 2 pound grnd turkey, chicken or possibly combination
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced red pepper
  • 1/4 c. kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. Quaker oats

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine stewed tomatoes, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Take out 1/2 c., set aside. Add in remaining ingredients to tomato mix in large bowl; blend thoroughly. Press into large pyrex loaf pan, leaving a depression down the middle. Pour remaining 1/2 c. tomato mix on top.
  2. Bake 35-40 min in 750 watt microwave at 70% power, or possibly till center temperature reaches 180 degrees. Set out 10 min before serving. Or possibly, bake 50 min at 350 degrees in conventional oven.
