Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Cooked long grain rice
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Warm curry pwdr
  • 8 x Radishes, sliced, plus optional radish roses for garnish
  • 4 x Hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 1 med Cucumber, seeded and minced
  • 2 c. Thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. Minced onions
  • 1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Add in the ginger and curry pwdr to the water when you cook the rice. In a large bowl, combine rice, radishes, Large eggs, cucumber, celery and onion.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and sale; mix well. Pour over rice mix and toss. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Better if refrigerated overnight.
  3. Yield: 12 to 14 servings.
  4. I added the curry pwdr and ginger ; omitted the salt. Recipe modified
