Ingredientes

  • 12 lb very small cucumbers
  • 1 x onion sliced
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/3 tsp turmeric

Direcciones

  1. Slice cucumbers and onion and place in gallon jars. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour mix over cucumbers. Screw lids on tightly. Place in refrigerator. Let stand 5 days before tasting. Will keep for a year.
