Ingredientes

  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 x venison chops or possibly steaks (1 1/2 to 2 lbs total)
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a small, shallow bowl, mix together onion salt, salt, pepper and flour. Dip chops or possibly steaks in mix and coat on all sides. Fry meat in oil till brown.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over browned meat and simmer till meat is tender - about 1 1/2 hrs.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
