- In a small, shallow bowl, mix together onion salt, salt, pepper and flour. Dip chops or possibly steaks in mix and coat on all sides. Fry meat in oil till brown.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over browned meat and simmer till meat is tender - about 1 1/2 hrs.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
