Receta Between the Lines::Turnips 2 Tangerines

- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 9 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk plus 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon flavored Greek yogurt
- Honey Lemon for Drizzle, recipe follows
- Mix together 2 T milk and 1 T sugar. Brush tops of wedges with milk mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool

- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 3-4 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
