Receta Bhindi Masala ( Okra Stir Fry)
Ingredientes
- 3 cups chopped okra (always wash the okra, dry it and then chop)
- 1 large onion (sliced thin and long)
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- pinch of asafoetida (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 -3 chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1 tsp of red chilli powder (less or more per taste)
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 3/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt- to taste
- 3 tbsp vegetable or cooking oil
