Ingredientes

  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can tuna, liquid removed and flaked
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Combine biscuit mix and water to create a soft dough. Press or possibly roll out to a 10x15 inch rectangle. Combine remaining 4 ingredients and sprinkle over dough. Roll up as for jelly roll; healthy pinch ends to seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min till golden. Cut in 1-inch slices.
  2. ALTERNATE FILLINGS: salmon, browned grnd beef, grnd leftover roast beef, chicken, ham.
  3. SAUCES: Mushroom soup, tomato soup, gravy, cheese sauce, creamed vegetables.
