Ingredientes

  • 2 c. unbleached flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 5 tbsp. Crisco
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt. Cut in Crisco, slowly add in lowfat milk. Turn out on lightly floured surface, kneading a little but not too much.
  2. Roll to 1 inch thick, and cut out and place on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 20 min depending on size of biscuit. This recipe may be cut in half.
