Bisquick Butter Chunk Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Cool butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease square 8x8x2-inch pan. Cut cool butter into 1/4-inch cubes. Toss baking mix and cubes till coated. Beat lowfat milk and egg; stir into butter mix. Turn dough onto cloth-covered board generously dusted with baking mix; roll to coat.
  3. Fold and knead 10 times; roll into rectangle, 15x8-inches. Spread with soft butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Roll up tightly, beginning at 15-inch side. Healthy pinch edge into roll. Cut into 12 slices with sharp knife. Place cut sides down in pan.
  4. Bake till golden brown, about 15 min; cold 15 min. Drizzle with Glaze.
  5. Makes 1 dozen rolls.
  6. GLAZE: Mix powdered sugar and lowfat milk till smooth.
